All renters are required to present at the time of the rental ...

• a valid drivers license
• credit card
• proof of insurance (insurance is available through Penny's Rent a Car for an additional charge)

Cash rentals are available for local residents with documentation to prove their stability. Deposits are required in addition to rental fees for all cash rentals.

We do not make one way rentals. Every vehicle must be returned to the location it was originially rented.

To offer our customers the best rates and to stay competitive we have a three day minimum rental requirement.

Easy rent to own programs are available on all vehicles. For details please contact a representative.

We do not rent to anyone under the age of 21. There is a charge for drivers between the ages of 21 and 25.
